Amendments to Waste Collection Permits
Making an amendment to a Waste Collection Permit - addition of a vehicle, facility, ewc code* or amendment to the front page.
If you wish to amend the appendices of your waste collection permit namely the addition a EWC code*, Facility or Vehicle you must fill out the appropriate form (see below) and return with the appropriate fee to
additions@nwcpo.ie or by post to NWCPO, Offaly County Council, Aras an Chontae, Charleville road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
To make an amendment to the front page of a permit
e.g. a change of name or address or the addition of trade name etc, please send request by email.
The charges are as follows:
- €25 for electronic email request
- €50 for fast-track amendment (this does not apply to addition of EWC codes)
- €25 for front page amendment
All standard requests (email & hardcopy) will be completed within 10 working days. All fast track amendments will be completed within 2 working days.
Please note that the NWCPO will endeavour to complete each addition request within the timeframe. To avoid any potential delays, please arrange to have all your documentation ready prior to submission e.g. vehicle licensing certificates, letters of acceptance etc and complete the relevant request form.
*Codes that are deemed to be a Material or Significant Change to a permit will require a Review or New application and cannot be added through the additions process.

- Please note that if attachments on your email are very large i.e. over 10MB, please split your additional request into 2 or more emails.
